Decide location of your memorial service.
Is there a special clergy member or person you want to officiate?
Provide information for eulogy - what do you want to be remembered for?
Choose your favorite flowers.
Choose the music you would like.
Decide the type of service you want (military, etc.).
Put all your online user names and passwords in one place.
Let someone know where you keep your important documents.
Decide what will happen to your social media pages.
Who will look after your pets?
Make a list of special people to notify with contact information.
